Ingredients: Japanese rice with organic rice vinegar (Made in France), nori sheet, fresh salmon, roasted pumpkin seeds, Timur berry (Zanthoxylum armatum), Mango vinegar, Apple and horseradish mustard, carrot.

"The syllables "maki" mean "roll" in Japanese.
"Makisushi" are made either from grilled nori sheets, an edible red seaweed, or coated with seeds or thin slices of vegetables.
At the heart of my maki is fresh salmon with mango vinegar wrapped in crunchy carrot slices.
The nori sheets are topped with a thin layer of my Apple-horseradish Mustard with a furtive spiciness.

Packaging:
Presented on a "handmade" recycled wooden*tray* and inserted in a recyclable cardboard box.
