Ingredients: Squid, lobster meat (10%), vegetables, Japanese rice with rice vinegar (Made in France), white fish meat, organic onion, duck fat, Chimichurri Spice.

For this makisushi, a tube of squid cooked in court-bouillon replaces the grilled nori sheet. The stuffing is based on white fish meat and pieces of lobster flavored with my Chimichurri spice.
You will appreciate the softness of these sliced ​​makisushi with a good marine taste.
