Ingredients: Japanese rice with organic rice vinegar (Made in France), organic eggs (Local Agriculture), dried seaweed, Shichimi Togarashi Spice, flower honey, Ginger vinegar.
Vinegared rice is at the heart of this soft preparation based on eggs that are provided to me by a farm located a few kilometers from my shop. Raising chickens in the woods is the particularity of the Farm "La Grignette" located in Ternand (69, France).
To make my recipe, I beat the eggs seasoned with flower honey, my ginger vinegar and spicy Shishimi Toragashi, a powerful aromatic blend.
I was inspired by the Japanese condiment created by a pharmacist at the beginning of the 20th century. This spicy spice is particularly surprising with its iodized taste.
