Ingredients: Japanese rice with organic rice vinegar (Made in France), salmon tartare with Furikake Spice, Chiogga beetroot, ginger vinegar, vegetable sprouts.

This sushi is a cube of rice covered with a thin slice of "Chiogga" beetroot on which is placed a layer of fresh salmon tartare flavored with my "Furikake" spice. "
"Furikake" which means "to sprinkle" in Japanese, is my blend of "land and sea" spices, very mild and slightly sweet.
The composition of this original bite will surprise your guests.
Serve these delicious little cubes as an aperitif.
As an appetizer, serve them with a few crisp salad leaves seasoned with vinaigrette.
