Whatever their variety, strawberries are simply at their best in summer, especially around here.

To make your strawberry dessert, we’ll be using the beautiful fruits from Julie Morel, a specialist in red berries from Sauvages.

They will be perfectly ripe for you to create a:
Strawberry Tartlet.

A pastry made entirely of strawberries, in three parts.

With Mum or Dad by your side, you’ll make two of them!
