Beaujolaise organic vineyards, A thousand seed taboon, Canut brain Piquillo, Pita bread with "Whale cane", Tomato velvety with goat caps, are some examples of dishes for a brunch or a dinner buffet.
An aperitif plateau consists of local and craft cold meats accompanied by a selection of cheeses of the moment and at your request for cookies or savory pastries.
Crockery is also important and with us, it in washable materials like glass. The question of packaging is at the heart of our concerns to limit our ecological impact. To ensure a careful presentation with your guests, we have developed individual platforms and wooden, handmade and career food objtes.

Signature Raclette Selection and Raclette Garnish Option


As every year, we offer a wide variety of raw milk melting cheeses: Morbier from Jura, plain, smoked, with wild garlic, ewe’s milk, and flower-infused tomme. This year, the Lyonnaise goat tomme from GAEC Lepin in Ancy is part of our selection.

To complete your raclette, we’ve prepared a ready-to-heat garnish selection — simple, delicious, and made with care.


Signature Raclette Selection

On request, Mathieu will prepare your cheese selection, sliced and arranged on a handcrafted wooden platter made from recycled materials by us. This eco-friendly approach encourages you to return the platter as soon as possible.

Plan for 200 g of cheese per person from our range, or more if you consider yourselves “hearty eaters.”
Budget-wise: expect between €5.00 and €7.00 per person.

Looking for charcuterie to accompany your melted cheeses? We trust Vincent Coquard, an artisan charcutier from Ancy. His cured meats are authentic, traditionally crafted, and free from industrial additives. We recommend 100 to 150 g per person.

Raclette Garnish Option

Each portion includes 300 g of cooked and peeled Amandine potatoes, presented in a recyclable wooden tray, along with homemade condiments designed to bring freshness and balance to your melted cheese:

Julienned pickles

For a more refined touch, add our cooked and peeled chervil root, a delicate and slightly sweet vegetable that pairs beautifully with raclette.

For a confirmed order, we require a 30% deposit, payable by any method of your choice.
For payments by bank check, please provide a valid ID.
