Since 2015, our mission has remained the same: to share a love for flavor, great products, and homemade cooking.
Whether you're joining a tasting, a workshop, or a creative evening, each experience is a chance to cook together, explore spices, and get inspired by the seasons.
Tasting events are free with registration. Space is limited, so please confirm by message no later than the day before.
Cooking Workshops
Do you enjoy cooking, surprising others, and delighting those around you? So do I—and I do my best at it!
Join me on a weekday evening or a Saturday afternoon. Let’s cook around one of the many themes that make up a multi-week program. Each workshop is unique and gives me the chance to share what I’ve learned, inspiring you to cook simply and joyfully at home.
With easy, delicious, and budget-friendly recipes based on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, time will fly by—for you, just like it does for me.
The spices and condiments I craft in my own kitchen will be the perfect finishing touches to turn these simple recipes into festive dishes.
Let’s share our tips and tricks throughout this friendly and relaxed time together.
And before we part, let’s gather around the table and enjoy the dishes we’ve created!

Moroccan Cuisine 09 and 10/05
Embark on a flavorful culinary journey through Morocco.
We'll prepare traditional dishes like mrouzia, pastilla with seeds, Andalusian harira, and crispy briwate, using our house-made Ras el-Hanout and tajine spice blends.
You'll discover how spices transform simple ingredients into deeply aromatic, comforting meals.
This workshop is all about generous cuisine, warm sharing, and bright flavors.

Culinary Evening "À Table" 16/05
This is not just a dinner—it’s a staged culinary experience in three acts.
We begin with a welcoming apéritif, followed by a candlelit dinner served around a shared host table for 14 guests.
As the evening unfolds, you’ll help plate dishes and discover the seasonal menu, course by course. Expect a warm, engaging, and surprise-filled atmosphere.

Cooking Workshop: Waste Less, Marinate 17/05
From Lebanon to Sweden, marinades are at the heart of many culinary traditions. In this workshop, we’ll explore techniques that involve citrus, fermented bases, spices, and yogurt, offering both preservation and exceptional taste.
You’ll learn to use marinades not just for meat or fish, but also vegetables and legumes. A perfect skill to master as barbecue season begins.

The art is in the wine 20/05
Rediscover an ancient and poetic art form: painting with wine. Through the acidity, oxidation, and varietals, wine pigments reveal surprising tones and textures.
This creative workshop combines artistic expression with sensory exploration and is open to all, no experience needed. Come for the colors, stay for the joy of creating something truly unique.

Italian Cooking Workshop 23/05
Let’s celebrate the warmth and generosity of Italian cooking. We’ll prepare vibrant dishes like focaccia, Sicilian caponata, and Ambrogino-style poultry, infused with French technique and Mediterranean sunshine.
As always, our recipes are accessible, seasonal, and full of personality. Come cook, share, and eat around a table that feels like home.

Sushi Cooking Workshop 29/05
Did you know "sushi" refers to the vinegared rice, not the fish?
In this workshop, we’ll learn the specific rice preparation techniques and practice forming different shapes like maki and nigiri. You'll spice your creations with our Japanese-inspired blends—furikake, mild yellow curry, and Japanese curry—and decorate them with nori and vegetables.
Everyone will leave with a custom wooden sushi platter and a house-made mango and verjus dipping sauce.
Monthly Wine Discovery Evening
If wine intrigues you, excites you, or is simply the perfect companion to a good meal, I invite you to join us for a friendly, entertaining, and educational evening dedicated to wine.
Under the guidance of Adrien Rabany, a passionate wine merchant, sommelier, and seeker of vinous gems, you’ll learn key tips to better understand, distinguish, and savor wine.
The program includes a blind tasting of two red wines, one white wine, and one champagne.
Guess, learn, and share while enjoying our selection of cheeses paired with these exquisite nectars.
A truly delightful evening awaits!
