Since 2015, we have dedicated our activities to gastronomy and culinary experiences.

Our cheese shop is a meeting place for lovers of fine cheeses, whether from France, local producers, or beyond. Our gourmet grocery creations cater to food enthusiasts, home chefs, and the curious.

We want to share this passion with you by inviting you to discover our products for an evening, a morning, or through our latest product discoveries and new creations from The Popote.

Participation is free—simply register by following the program instructions.
Spots are limited, and we rely on your confirmation via message no later than the day before the event to validate your attendance.

Join me on a weekday evening or a Saturday afternoon. Let’s cook around one of the many themes that make up a multi-week program. Each workshop is unique and gives me the chance to share what I’ve learned, inspiring you to cook simply and joyfully at home.

With easy, delicious, and budget-friendly recipes based on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, time will fly by—for you, just like it does for me.

The spices and condiments I craft in my own kitchen will be the perfect finishing touches to turn these simple recipes into festive dishes.

Poultry 11 and 12/04/2025

Poultry often features in our daily menus. To fully appreciate them, the care given to their farming is essential. Let’s cook delicious farm-raised meats like those from the Ferme de la Condolière in Jas (42).

We’ll use the spices and condiments I make for my shop and restaurant. Let’s cook together and share tips and tricks. We’ll enjoy tasting our creations at the end of the workshop.

Cooking Workshop : Poké Bowl, a Hawaiian Speciality 19/04

Since the 1970s, Western culture—starting with the USA and always eager for exotic cuisine—has adapted this “exotic starter” in many ways. In Hawaii, edible seaweed and candlenuts (nuts of the kukui tree, Hawaii’s official state tree) complete the mix of fruits, vegetables, and freshly caught marinated fish.

With the sunny season just around the corner, these colorful salads bring a taste of sunshine straight to our plates—or, in this case, our bowls.

This workshop is a chance to discover clever pairing tips, surprising sauces, and easy marinade recipes, so you can recreate these new-style, budget-friendly mixed salads at home.

New Arrival : Prepare Your Brunch « Beaujolais Brunch » 19/04

How about coming to prepare your own breakfast with me, inspired by the Beaujolais region?

On the menu:
Crispy Beaujolais andouillette, goat cheese montecao, vonassienne with “Canne de la Baleine,” grilled pepper pita.

Set aside just over an hour to prepare it with me. Whether you'd like to take part in the cooking or simply observe, I’ll be here to guide you and share my experience.

Everything will be ready to welcome you and accompany your breakfast: coffee, homemade tea, fresh fruit juice or hot chocolate — your choice — along with fresh bread from Gilardon bakery.

Come with friends, family, or as a couple.
Need a friendly moment during the week before a work meeting?

The space can accommodate up to 16 people, and this cooking workshop is a great way to relax before or after a meeting. I adapt to your needs and menu preferences for this service.

"Minute desserts " Fruits Edition 24/04

Summer isn’t here yet, so we naturally turn to exotic fruits to brighten up our fruit bowls and delight our taste buds. While we consume local French produce, apart from apples, pears, and a few citrus fruits for six months of the year, the options can feel limited.

Whether you prefer local produce or not, I invite you to prepare a few quick and budget-friendly fruit-based recipes that are as original as they are time-saving!

On the menu for this series of “express” desserts: Api apple, pear in a shell, and meringued pineapple. No need to be a pastry expert!

Under the guidance of Adrien Rabany, a passionate wine merchant, sommelier, and seeker of vinous gems, you’ll learn key tips to better understand, distinguish, and savor wine.

The program includes a blind tasting of two red wines, one white wine, and one champagne.
