Marco Polo is said to have discovered pasta in China and brought the recipe back to his country, Italy.

Since then, these Chinese noodles have taken on different shapes, colors, and most importantly, have become a universal food.

France consumes them in large quantities. During the workshop, let’s make fresh noodles together, cook pasta dishes from various countries, whether as a hot main course or an appetizer.

Let’s wait until the workshop is over…and then sit down to enjoy our meal!

Plein de petits trucs et astuces pour cuisiner avec plaisir . Ambiance du tonnerre grâce à Philippe qui est un excellent pédagogue. Et que de bonnes choses à déguster.
