Ingredients: Amerena cherry, organic blond mustard seed, black cherry pulp, organic rice vinegar (Made in France), agricultural white rum, organic hibiscus powder, Aubel syrup (Belgium), salt, natural bitter almond flavor.

Bitter almond and cherry add a pleasantly spicy, white rum-spiked flavor to my mustard.
Stuffed with Amarena cherry, the condiment becomes fruity and slightly alcoholic.
It goes well with red meats and game meats.
Combined in a vinaigrette or mayonnaise, its fruity flavor and color add a touch of originality.
