"Bai mu tan" white tea is harvested in spring. It is made from the buds of the first two leaves on the stem. Brew your herbal tea for 3 to 6 minutes in water at 75 to 85°. Repeat the infusion, using less water but at the same temperature, so as not to lose any of the aromas still present.
