My Pancake Dough Recipe

For about 30 pancakes
Shopping Basket:

8 eggs
160 g caster sugar
220 g flour
110 g milk powder
300-400 g water
160 g melted butter

How to make the crêpe batter?
Follow my instructions:
Melt the butter.
Thoroughly mix the eggs and sugar, then add the flour and milk powder.
Gradually dilute with water to avoid lumps and obtain a smooth batter.
Add the melted butter and let stand for 20 minutes before use.
A hot pan is the guarantee of successful, thin, and fluffy crepes.
These sweet crepes, rich in butter, require very little fat when cooking.
