Do you love cooking, surprising, and delighting those around you?
I do too, as best as I can! Let’s prepare three simple recipes together with oriental flavors.
We’ll use spices I create for my shop and restaurant: Egypt and Dukkah, Lebanon and Zaatar, and Iran and Advieh Koresh.

Vegetables, fruits, and eggs will be the main ingredients in my original and delicious recipes.
At the end of the evening, let’s gather around a large table to enjoy the dishes we cooked a bit earlier.

Une belle decouverte gourmande !!

Un voyage pour les papilles !
L'atelier de cuisine chinoise a ete extremement complet, pas moins de 5 préparations originales, parfumées, colorées grace à tous les legumes de saison, fines juliennes, oeuf frit, brochettes de poulet laquees express, galettes coco sesame epices aux legumes, bouchees vapeur etc... tres sympa et on apprend beaucoup d'astuces. Les enfants participent et le Chef est pédagogue. Une decouverte !

Plein de petits trucs et astuces pour cuisiner avec plaisir . Ambiance du tonnerre grâce à Philippe qui est un excellent pédagogue. Et que de bonnes choses à déguster.
