Ah, Italian cuisine!

Our gastronomy has long been intertwined with that of our Italian neighbors.

Catherine de’ Medici brought the two together upon her arrival at the court of Francis I.

She is said to be the origin of France’s refined culinary traditions and some of its most famous recipes.

As summer approaches, Italian cuisine — Mediterranean at heart — is perfect for the season and our craving for sun-drenched flavors.

Let’s cook together some traditional and flavorful recipes that we’ll enjoy at the end of the workshop:

Focaccia, Sicilian Caponata, and Chicken Ambrogino.
