Vinegar rice, or "sushi" in Japanese, is the main ingredient of the small bites that are very popular in the West. You have to precede the word sushi with another Japanese word to know the variety. An example: "makisushi" or rice roll.

The program of the Culinary Workshop: Let's start with the special cooking of Japanese rice. Around a large table, let's learn to form the main shapes with sushi.

Let's have fun flavoring them with my spices like Furikaké, Japanese Curry, Sweet Yellow Curry,
decorate them with vegetables or "nori" sheets, an edible red seaweed. Make a tray of your creations, a recycled wooden tray that you will be kind enough to bring back to us. I add to your tray a sauce of my composition based on mango puree and Verjus.

I promise you a fun evening but above all delicious because these little bites are simply succulent!
