We’re delighted to take part in the “Week-end truffé de saveurs” at Domaine des Pampres d’Or on December 21 & 22 — a unique celebration dedicated to the Truffle of Beaujolais.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll have the chance to discover the world of truffles, meet local producers, and enjoy free wine tastings from the Domaine.

From our side, The Popote will be hosting several culinary workshops and a gastronomic dinner highlighting this precious ingredient:

•​​ Saturday, December 21 – 10:30 am: Cooking with Truffle — a hands-on workshop with our chef (booking online).

•​​ Saturday, December 21 – 7:30 pm: Gastronomic Dinner with The Popote and a wine pairing experience by Megrét Dégustation (booking online).

•​​ Sunday, December 22 – 10:30 am: Cooking with Truffle — second workshop session (booking online).
