The fruit of the baobab, "abu hihab" in Arabic, is also known as “monkey bread”.
It contains hundreds of seeds and a dry pulp reduced to powder.
I flavour it with sweet-tasting cactus and turmeric.

To obtain your own natural fruit juice tinged with chlorophyll, nothing could be simple
- pour 1 bag of powder into a salad bowl
