Tea Time is the perfect way to enjoy a bergamot-scented black tea. The naturally fruity Ceylon "Dimbula Elephant" black tea goes well with the citrus flavor.
Ceylon tea is made from large, dark leaves that you steep for 3 to 4 minutes in water heated to 85° to 90°. Renew your tea, using less water but at the same temperature, so as not to lose any of the aromas still present.
