Ingrédients: Organic "Yunnan" FOP* black tea of China, organic cardamom, Selim pepper (Xylopia aethiopica), organic hibiscus flower, organic coriander.
FOP* Flowery Orange Pekoe (bud and last two leaves called "imperial" plucking).

Fans of strong teas will appreciate “Kilimanjaro”, a balanced blend of spices and black Yunnan. Yunnan tea has a woody aroma and almost sweet leaves.
I spiced it up with “Sélim pepper”, also known as “Guinea pepper”.
This spice comes from the fruit of a tree found along the rivers of the arid African savannah.
The tangy notes of hibiscus flowers and coriander seeds sweeten the blend.
This is the tea for late lunch and mid-afternoon.
Depending on your temperament, infuse my “Kilimanjaro” tea for 1 to 5 minutes in water heated to 95°C to 100°C.
Renew your tea: heat a little less water at the same temperature.
Steep for a few moments and enjoy the flavours that are still present.
