Ingredients: Organic sesame oil (Made in France), natural black truffle flavor, vegetable charcoal, Sélim pepper (Xylopia aethiopica), organic garlic, bay leaf (Laurus nobilis).

My truffle oil recipe is a sesame oil heated at low temperature for several days, to which I add natural black truffle aroma. 
I add herbs that are well suited to the flavor of this aroma. Vegetable charcoal adds an original black note without altering the taste of the oil.
It's important to choose its use carefully, as this strong mushroom flavor is not suitable for all foods.
