"Bai mu tan" white tea is harvested in spring. It is made from the buds of the first two leaves on the stem. Brew your tea for 3 to 6 minutes in water between 75 and 85°. Repeat the infusion, using less water but at the same temperature, so as not to lose the aromas still present.
