A little history
The history of vinegar and mankind goes back more than 8,000 years. Archaeological traces have been found in Egypt and China. Babylonian writings describe the use of vinegar for food preservation.
The discovery of vinegar was probably accidental: beer, a fermented beverage, or wine, left uncorked for a long time, turned into an acidic liquid.
Hyppocrates, a Greek physician and philosopher and folk medicine prescribed vinegar for both prevention and medical treatment.
The peppery effect of the ginger is absent, but its flavor is intact.
It can be used to flavor salad dressings or fruit salads, marinades, and meat gravies.
A few drops can be added at the last minute to grilled meat or fish.

How to use ginger vinegar?
Little Chef's tips.
Culinary vinegar is a preparation that consists of infusing fruits, spices, or plants in vinegar, either hot or cold.
I made this condiment with the root of this flowering plant, grown mainly in Asia. The peppery effect of ginger is gone, and only its powerful flavor remains.
Its syrupy texture allows it to be used in both savory and sweet dishes. Mustard or plain vinaigrette is its primary mission. The ginger flavor inspires exotic combinations.
In Citrus Cooking Oil, add vinegar, fresh cilantro, lemon zest, good ground pepper, and a little mango juice. This vinaigrette seasons beetroot, cooked leek whites, and boiled potato slices garnished with pink grapefruit segments.
Make a tangy jus for meat or fish with the vinegar.
Add it to a syrup for a fresh fruit salad or drizzled over strawberries through the spout of the bottle.
Reduce the sugar in your lemon cake recipe by 20% and replace it with ginger vinegar.
