Deodorized of its fragrance, organic olive oil from the French oil group "Émile", gives way to that of certified organic lemon verbena.
The unique flavor of this oil-infused plant complements parsnip or potato purée. In a mild vinaigrette, it seasons raw vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers and melon. A drizzle of my oil goes well with lemon juice on steamed fish.
