Silver medal at the Lyon 2024 International Competition
I imagined the flavors of this lager like all my recipes. Kales Beer, an independent craft brewery based in Montrottier (20km from Tarare), brewed it for The Popote. Their know-how and quality ingredients make up this beer.
Don't look up the word "Curbatchi" in the dictionary, because it doesn't exist! It's a contraction of its ingredients: turmeric, baobab fruit and lychee. The fine bubbles of this beer exude lychee. On the palate, a slight bitterness lingers without altering the fruity, slightly spicy flavor. These qualities were rewarded with a Silver Medal at the prestigious Intenational Competition of the City of Lyon in 2024.
