IIngredients: Assortment of organic plants and spices (Fenugreek, turmeric rhizome, ginger rhizome, coriander seed, star anise, mustard seed, caraway seed, cinnamon), clove, Sishuan berry (Zanthoxylum bungeanum).

The name "curry" is a generic term that refers to a wide variety of spice blends in much of Asia.
As soon as this blend is used, the dish is called curry.
From mild to very spicy, curry is the most popular and most used spice of Asian spices. In the West, we confuse the "curry" with the curry leaf, the "kalipoulé", a tree from India imported by the Indian recruits of the British army on the island of Reunion in the 19th century.
From one country to another, the composition differs and the color of the blend ranges from yellow to orange.
In my blend, the roasted spices add a caramelized note and enhance the flavors. Its velvety texture is perceptible and the sweetness of the blend allows for all culinary audacity.
The quality and origin of the ingredients in my blend make it an incomparable spice.
