A bit of history
The name "curry" is a generic term that refers to a wide variety of spice blends in much of Asia.
As soon as this blend is used, the dish is called curry.
From mild to very spicy, curry is the most popular and most used spice of Asian spices. In the West, we confuse the "curry" with the curry leaf, the "kalipoulé", Murraya koenigiia tree from India imported by the Indian recruits of the British army on the island of Reunion in the 19th century.
From one country to another, the composition differs and the color of the blend ranges from yellow to orange.
Most "masala," or "spice blends," with the exception of those from Thailand and Malaysia, come from the Indian diaspora, which British colonists appropriated during the colonization of India in the 17th century.
British wives and "mensahibs," the wives of high-ranking officials" in India, thus contributed to the transformation of many of the country's dishes.

Season simple dishes with exotic flavors every day. Vinaigrette, meat juice, or a sprinkling of curry vegetables at the end of cooking are a simple way to enhance your dishes. A highly aromatic powdered spice instantly develops its aromas.
Savory and sweet recipes involving the addition of fruit during cooking are not the preserve of foreign cuisine.
In our country, too, there are popular recipes like apple pudding or raspberry jus.
Make a marinade with exotic fruit juice and season generously with mild curry. Cover meat or fish fillets to be grilled, add beautiful pieces of exotic fruit (mango, pineapple), chopped onion, and let it soak for 48 hours, along with the large pieces of fruit.
Boil, then reduce the marinade, strain it, and serve with salt.
