Introduced to Japan in the late 19th century, Indian "kari" has become very popular. 
Inspired by Japanese gastronomy, I've created a very mild, fragrant curry.
Its consistency enables it to bind all kinds of liquids: cream, meat juices, vegetable milk, etc.
Sprinkled at the last minute, it gives an original flavor to legumes, noodles or steamed rice.
Add a pinch of my curry to a fricassee of caramelized apples poured over vanilla ice cream.
