Ingredients: Organic paprika 160 ASTA* , sumac (Rhus coriaria), organic oregano, oraganic cumin, organic garlic, Djibouti salt pearls, coconut flower sugar.

"Adobar" in Spanish means "sauce", "marinade" or "seasoning".
I was inspired by Latin American cuisine and its "asado", a typical South American culinary culture of grilled or roasted meats.
My condiment is not too spicy, making it ideal for grilled meats, but also for guacamole and baked potatoes.
It is a condiment containing "salt pearls" from Lake Assal in Djibouti.
The salt pearls are obtained by the action of the wind. The crystals of the salt water are thus shaped by the rolling and deposited on the edge of the beaches.
Take some precautions because my aromatic mixture contains some and although it is the natural miracle of an African lake, it is still salt
It is also a marinade condiment. The high proportion of paprika acts as a preservative. The pepper of the chili family has been known since ancient South America for its antibacterial properties.
Marinate pork ribs coated with Adobo for 72 hours. Moisten with orange juice or white wine. Drain before grilling on a barbecue.
