Esfahan is a historic UNESCO World Heritage city in central Iran. It was built in the 17th century, 340 km from the capital Tehran. This ancient Persian capital boasts numerous monuments and gardens, including the 9-hectare Naghch-e Djahan square.
This city inspired me to create a graceful blend of roasted Sencha and rosated Bancha teas, called "hojicha" in Japanese. White marshmallow flower buds, called "khatmi" in Persian, and Damask rose petals dominate the blend, complemented by aromatic herbs.
The cup offers a clear, delicate beverage with velvety fragrances.
This low-theine tea requires a 3-minute infusion in water between 75° and 80° C. Renew your tea using less water, but at the same temperature, so as not to lose any of the aromas still present.
