Ingredients: Duck "Foie Gras" (Local Agriculture), organic pumpkin seeds, pistachio, whisky, salt, Timur berry (Zanthoxylum armatum), Gorilla pepper (Piper guinense).

Foie gras is soon to be the essential appetizer on our Christmas tables.
I choose duck livers from the Ferme de La Condolière in Jas (Loire).
The livers are stuffed with a crunchy and aromatic blend with the lemony flavor of Timur berry from Cambodia.
I recommend that you serve it with my condiment: Apple and Horseradish Mustard and slices of good, lightly toasted bread.
My advice:
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
