Organic lemon zest, organic cinnamon, pomegranate, organic Damask rose, organic cardamom, organic ginger rhizome, Selim pepper (Xylopia aethiopica), mace (Myristica fragrans), organic sesame, organic coriander, safflower (Carthamus tinctorius).

A bit of history
"Advieh," meaning "spice mix," is a staple of the culinary arts of Iran and neighboring Iraq, as well as the ancient kingdom of Persia.
Persian gastronomy, a culinary art of years old, is the basis for many popular Middle Eastern dishes.
Named "adwiya" in Persian, this Iranian condiment ranges from the Caspian Sea in the north to the Persian Gulf in the south, facing Saudi Arabia.
The various names for "advieh" refer to its use in cooking, ranging from rice to chicken to beans.
"Advieh-e polo" is used to season rice and vegetables.
The "spice mix for rice," "advieh-e berenj" in Persian, has a slightly different composition.
"Advieh-e ash," with its more pungent flavor, is preferred for soups.
"Advieh-e koresh" is a generic term for all kinds of meat or vegetable stews, "koresh" in Persian.
Black lemon, an Iranian specialty of lime cooked in salted water and then dried for a long time in the sun, is often used in various recipes using the spice.

What does my spice inspired by Iranian cuisine contain?
A traditional blend contains rose, introduced into my recipe in the form of petals of the Damascus variety. Its fragrance and taste are irresistible but not overpowering.
The charm of the blend lies in the citrus aroma developed by the heat of the cooked food.
It is a mild spice because Selim pepper is not a pepper. It is a type of dried bean, the fruit of a tree native to Africa. Only the seed coat develops a peppery aroma.

How cook a little more than Persian cuisine with advieh?
Iranian cuisine, consisting mainly of stews, condiments, bread, and a wide variety of rice, is rich and varies from region to region. Lunchtime meals are served communally on a mat with the main dishes in the center. Side dishes or hors d'oeuvres are placed around them, and bread called "nan" accompanies the meal. Stewed meat or vegetable dishes are seasoned carefully, according to the occasion.
By sprinkling a little of the spice over steamed Basmati rice, you'll get a taste of the delicate flavors of my blend.
Fruits like pomegranate, raisins, quince, or plum are also used as garnishes in meat sauces.
The pomegranate, nicknamed "pomegranate," is a fruit I particularly enjoy. You might think grenadine syrup is made from pomegranate, but it's not. To dress a green bean salad, place a small fruit in a salad bowl and add advieh, coriander and flat-leaf parsley leaves, a pinch of chopped garlic, lemon juice, and Carrot Top Oil or olive oil.
