Ingredients: Organic sesame oil (Made in France), organic carrot leaf (Local agriculture), laurus (Laurus nobilis), organic fennel seed.

Carrot tops are rich in useful vitamins.
Long macerated at low temperature in deodorized olive oil made in France, the tufts of carrot leaves harvested near my town of Tarare, color the infusion dark green.
For a tangy honey-lemon vinaigrette, my oil is perfect for crudités. 
Drizzled over steamed vegetables or grilled fish, it enhances flavors with originality.
This oil must not be cooked, as it will lose all its taste qualities.

An infused oil cannot be heated to a high temperature without immediately losing its flavor and color.
You can heat it by incorporating it with a liquid such as broth, vinegar or a hot emulsion such as a Hollandaise sauce.
Make a hot vinaigrette composed of my oil with flavored vinegar like my Honey and Yuzu Vinegar.
Lightly heat the mixture in a small saucepan, add a little salt, pepper from the mill and season potatoes cooked in "dress of the fields (robe des champs in french).
