Composition : Lemon zest, cinnamon, pomegranate, organic Damask rose, cardamom, organic ginger, Selim pepper (Xylopia aethiopica), mace (Myristica fragrans), organic sesame, coriander, safflower (Carthamus tinctorius).

This is the most common spice blend in the cuisine of Iran and neighboring Iraq. 

My spice blend is inspired by Persian cuisine, which dates back thousands of years and forms the basis of many Middle Eastern cuisines. This popular rose-scented condiment adds a spicy, tangy touch to rice and simmered dishes.
