I'm opening my restaurant for you in the early evening, for gourmets, everyday cooks, corporate team members and culinary aficionados!
Let's prepare 3 simple recipes together, using seasonal produce and the spices and condiments I use in my store and restaurant menus.
Let's cook together, exchange tips and tricks, and enjoy my recipes at the end of the workshop.
Don't forget the dates of our next workshops and our new Friday evening sessions, same place, same time!
On July 30, we close the season by cooking 3 easy, fresh and seasonal hors d'oeuvres.
On September 13, I propose a fun workshop: sushi. Places are limited to 8 participants. But don't worry, sushi lovers can rest assured that this workshop will be repeated!

Un voyage gustatif

Nous avons voyagé dans le monde entier avec Chef Philippe durant cet atelier cuisine ! Un moment très convivial pendant lequel on emmagasine plein d'astuces culinaires et recettes toujours originales... Bref ce moment est à l'image du Chef : original, généreux, pro, convivial !! Un grand MERCI et vivement le prochain atelier 😋

apprentissage et dégustation dans la bonne humeur

A la base je n'aime pas le poivron et je ne suis pas fan de l'aubergine. Et bien j'ai adoré son velouté froid de poivron et je me suis régalée avec la tartine aux aubergines. Le chef nous donne en plus plein d'astuces et en découvrant les produits il nous apprend l'historique. Bref un moment très agréable qui a ravit mes papilles.
