Ingredients: Organic white tea from China "baï mu tan", organic sour orange blossom, organic poppy flower, orange peel, natural lychee flavor.

"Princess Mandchu" is silky and full of finesse, like the lychee that escapes from the leaves of the "White peony" (baï mu tan). The cup is lightly tinged with the mauve of dried poppy petals.
This Chinese tea is harvested in spring, and is made from the buds of the first two leaves on the stem.
Its long leaves, flavoured with flowers and lychee, infuse for 4 to 6 minutes in water at 75° to 85°.
Repeat the infusion, using less water but at the same temperature, so as not to lose the aromas still present.
