Ingredients:  Mustard seeds, anchovy fillets in oil, vegetable charcoal, organic rice vinegar (Made in France), organic olive oil (French origin), onion, cumin seed, coriander seed, ajowan salt, Gorilla pepper (Pipper nigrum), ajowan (Trachyspermum ammi ).

My "Black" mustard is distinguished by its light anchovy and roasted seed flavours. Powerful and lightly salted, its natural blackness is a unique seasoning for salad dressings and cream sauces.
It's creamy enough to coat toasted bread.
Add breadcrumbs to make a pastry to brown cooked poultry or fish fillets.
