Chinese cuisine intrigues with its variety of popular dishes. Most so-called "Chinese" restaurants offer a Westernized version of this cuisine to satisfy their clientele.

The workshop I am offering is an authentic introduction to this rich and flavorful cuisine, filled with ingredients that are sometimes found exclusively in Asian grocery stores.

A few seasonal products, some Asian ingredients, my selection of spices… and we’re ready to dive into Chinese cooking! Together, we will prepare spring coconut pancakes, small stuffed rice pouches, Chinese cabbage with fried eggs, delicious lacquered chicken skewers, and the famous fragrant Cantonese rice.

Pack your bags, don’t forget your favorite apron, and bring a pair of chopsticks if you have them!

Tonight, we embrace exotic flavors in the kitchen before sitting down to enjoy our creations at the end of the workshop!
