Ingredients
Organic sunflower oil (Made in France), an assortment of organic plants and spices (coriander seed, turmeric rhizome, mustard seed, star anise, ginger, organic cumin seed), Timut berry (Zantoxylum armatum).

A bit of history
In ancient times, macerates were cosmetic products. The Egyptians infused flowers in oil to perfume the skin and treat minor illnesses.
The Greeks, Romans, and Egyptians flavored olive oil, the only oily ingredient of the time, with all sorts of plants and spices. Its value was considerable because it served as currency.
From its Tamil name, "kari," meaning "sauce" or "stew," is a blend of mild or very hot spices often associated with Indian or Thai cuisine.
Most curries, except those from Thailand and Malaysia, come from the Indian spice diaspora that British colonists appropriated during the colonization of India in the 17th century.
British wives and "mensahibs," the wives of high-ranking officials in India, thus contributed to the transformation of many of the country's dishes.

How to use curry-flavored cooking oil in cooking and everyday life?
Here are some ideas from the Chef.
A macerate is an oil infused with plants, spices, or flowers. It is not an artificially flavored oil.
If "curry" is your taste, this oil is another way to enjoy it.
From the moment you open the bottle, the unique aroma of this spice blend is evident. The flavor is more subtle since an oil is not an ordinary liquid.
Add orange juice with a squeeze of lemon for a vinaigrette with the oil.
It's also a great finishing oil for red lentil soup or steamed vegetables.
If you have a siphon, make a warm lemon mayonnaise, for example, for asparagus tips or steamed fish. Gently heat the flavored oil with the lemon juice. Quickly mix with 2 egg yolks + 2 whole eggs, 4g of mustard, and 3g of salt. Pour into the siphon and swirl the mixture upside down twice. Serve immediately.
