Ingredients: Organic sunflower oil (Made in France),organic paprika, organic onion, organic garlic, organic rosemary, organic tomato, pink shrimp, bay leaf (Laurus nobilis).

A macerate is a seasoning oil, not a frying oil.
It would lose its beautiful red color and the flavor of shrimp cooked for a long time with aromatics.
It flavors vinaigrettes and mayonnaises for raw vegetables. 
It replaces butter in a Hollandaise sauce for grilled or steamed fish.

When cold, it is the ideally flavored oil for a marinade with my Lemon Vinegar in which you dip salmon escalopes or large prawns to grill a little later.
