Ingredients: Organic "Sencha" green tea from China, organic roasted "Bancha" green tea (hojicha), organic Canada fleabane (Conysa canadensis), organic Damask rose petal, Khatmi (Althea officinalis), organic savory, organic lemon thyme, lemon zest.

Esfahan is a historic UNESCO World Heritage city in central Iran.
It was built in the 17th century, 340 km from the capital Tehran.
This ancient Persian capital boasts numerous monuments and gardens, including the 9-hectare Naghch-e Djahan square.

This city inspired me to create a graceful blend of roasted Sencha and rosated Bancha teas, called "hojicha" in Japanese. White marshmallow flower buds, called "khatmi" in Persian, and Damask rose petals dominate the blend, complemented by aromatic herbs.
The cup offers a clear, delicate beverage with velvety fragrances.
This low-theine tea requires a 3-minute infusion in water between 75° to 80° C.
Renew your tea: heat a little less water at the same temperature.
Steep for a few moments and enjoy the flavours that are still present.
