Ingredients: Organic blond mustard seed, yuzu juice, flower honey (Local Beekeeping), organic turmeric, chickpea flour, salt, organic rice vinegar (Made in France).

The flavor of yuzu, a citrus fruit native to Japan, is unique. The scents of mandarin, lemon and grapefruit are combined in this fruit, which resembles a large yellow tangerine. I combine its acidity with the spiciness of mustard and the sweetness of honey to create an original mustard to be enjoyed according to temperament.
